2. Confidentiality is Key: Your privacy is of utmost importance, and everything you share with me is strictly confidential. This means that our conversations are protected by law, and I won't disclose any information without your explicit consent, except in rare circumstances where there may be a risk of harm to yourself or others.
3. I Encourage You To Be YOU! Therapy is a judgment-free zone where you can be completely honest and authentic about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. There's no need to filter or censor yourself – I'm here to support you exactly as you are.

This also varies! It completely depend on the needs and goals of your individualized plan.
In the beginning, we typically meet weekly to establish rapport, set goals, and begin our therapeutic work. As you progress and your needs change, we may adjust the frequency of our sessions accordingly.
Some clients prefer to continue meeting weekly for ongoing support and accountability, while others may choose to space out sessions as they gain more insight and develop coping strategies. Ultimately, the decision about how often we meet is a collaborative one, and we'll work together to find a schedule that works best for you.

The cost of each therapy session may vary depending on several factors, including your insurance coverage and any applicable copayments or deductibles. I do accept insurance, and I'll work with you to determine your coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses you may be responsible for.
If you don't have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket, I will be sure to be transparent and clear about cost.
Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that cost is not a barrier to accessing therapy. If you have any questions or concerns about the cost of therapy or payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out.
